Chagy has trained with some of the best retired clowns from Ringling Brothers & Barnum and Bailey Circus and has a Masters Degree in Religious Education from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary with a focus on Missions.

Because reaching the unreachable is his goal, he is the founder of the "Circus of The King" (Circo Del Rey), a mass evangelism outreach ministry.
The circus has been ministering to the public in Puerto Rico and the United States since 1994. Literally thousands have heard the good news of Jesus Christ through these "Center Ring Crusades." He has also worked in various circus in Ottawa & Montreal, Canada.

In addition to the Circus, He has been performing his own solo show for audiences of all ages since 1992.
Chagy is a regular conference instructor for national and international organizations. He is very well received as a teacher because of his fun and lighthearted approach to instruction. However, he is sought after because his stage presence reflects his genuine abilities. Simply, he puts into practice exactly what he teaches. Also worked and Performed for mayor ministries in the nation.

His circus style clown training and his theological education has allowed him the ability to minister everywhere from the smallest of churches to the largest of stadiums. 23 Countries Visited and Counting!
